Bouquet | very fine, fragrances of plums and cherries are traceable, together with a delicate vanilla aroma because of the wine aging in French ‘allier’ barrels.
Flavor | the most persistent and strong taste in mouth is the fruity one; wood taste is delicate and make the flavor round and full- bodies.

Distinctive features | This is an old vineyard, planted in 1962. Bunches are small and, when ripe, they leave in the hands the same color as ripe cherries
